Committees

We would appreciate a few extra hands throughout the day to help things moving smoothly.  If you are interested in putting your name with any of the following committees, please contact Cindy Wells at jewnc@yahoo.com.

Setup Committee:  We will need to set up everything beforehand, which will require getting there a little early.  We’ll let you know when if you would like to be on this committee.

Greeters:  We will need a few people to greet everyone and make sure they fill out a registration sheet, get their name tags, put out their “What’s New” pictures, etc.

Clean Up Committee:  Just what the name implies, we need hands to help clean up.
